ExtractEM: compact model extractor

The solver ExtractEM is a compact parameter extractor tool. It enables the user to:

• Examine the (electromagnetic) field results of the solver.
• Extract S-parameters of the structure, to include them in your SPICE simulator.
• Extract lumped parameters of the system, to include them in your SPICE simulator.

Below is shown a screen shot of ExtractEM. Predefined models can be selected and the corresponding compact model parameters are presented.
