SolvEM is the only simulator able to combine metal, silicon and insulator in a single full 3D simulation. In each material, the associated physical laws are respected. Current flows through metal according to Ohms law. Drift-Diffusion current is simulated in semiconductor material and dielectric currents are simulated in insulater material.
